Getting help
If something is broken, wrong, or missing, say so — the fastest fixes this product has had came from a clinician describing exactly what they typed and what came back.
When you write, it helps enormously to include:
- what you asked, or the case description you entered, in your own words
- what the answer said, and what you expected instead
- roughly when it happened, and whether it was on a phone or a computer
What is worth reporting
- An answer that is wrong. Especially one that reads as settled when your reading of the evidence is that it is contested. The distinction between what a textbook establishes and what practitioners habitually do is the whole point of this tool, and an answer that blurs it is a defect, not a matter of taste.
- A refusal that should have been an answer. If the library plainly covers something and the system says it does not, that is a retrieval failure worth a message.
- A case that will not save, or one that disappeared. A saved case is stored for your whole clinic; if one is missing, tell us before assuming it is gone.
- Anything about another clinician's work you should not have been able to see. Report that first and immediately.
What we cannot help with
We cannot advise on a patient. No one here sees your patient, and an answer from this product is a reference, never a clinical opinion — see the terms of use.
Before you write
Two things fix a surprising share of reports on the spot:
- Check who is signed in. The initials in the top-right corner are the account everything you submit is attributed to. On a shared clinic machine that is frequently a colleague.
- Reload the page. A case list that is short, or a screen that is stuck, is usually a read that failed once; the product tells you when that happens rather than quietly showing you less.
Privacy
What we store, and what a delete does and does not remove, is set out in the privacy notice.
Ask your clinic administrator, or use the feedback control inside the app — every answer has one, and a report sent that way reaches us with the context already attached.
